Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Cuckoo Rental account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Schedule a Pickup
Our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient time for our technicians to collect the appliance from your home.
Prepare the Appliance
Ensure the unit is cleaned, emptied of any water or debris, and disconnected from the power source prior to the arrival of our collection team.
Inspection and Refund
Once the appliance is inspected at our facility, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 7 to 10 business days.
